Listening to different musical and sound frequencies can help you relax and heal. Join Bernard Runo and David Kotlewski of Adagio Sound Healing for sound therapy featuring Tibetan singing bowls, string instruments and the monochord. Please wear comfortable clothing and bring a mat if you like.
