Sounds of Pride: "Pride Soundbath, Healing Ourselves and Our Community"

Celebrate the end of Pride month with a special group soundbath event at the LGBT Center!

The event will begin with a breathwork meditation led by Jen Murray of High Vibe Healing Collective, a visionary, healer and transformative leader committed to promoting collective healing and heart-inspired community connectedness, prioritizing inclusivity and the intentional co-creation of embodied wellness.

Followed by an immersive sound bath experience performed by Milwaukee's leading gay-owned holistic wellness center, Adagio Sound Healing. They use specially curated instruments...drums, gongs, chimes, Tibetan and crystal singing bowls as well as classical string instruments...to bring participants into a deep state of relaxation promoting emotional grounding and community connection in a welcoming, affirming space.
