Rooted in Filipino and Southeast Asian shamanic traditions, this workshop blends nervous system regulation with energetic and spiritual practice. You'll learn how to clear negative energy, ground your nervous system, and invoke ancestral and magical protection, both before and after moments of overwhelm or trauma.

Drawing on his own journey as a trauma survivor, medic, and healer, Miko teaches open-practice energy and shamanic techniques designed to be simple, accessible, and yours to keep. No prior experience is needed. This workshop is open to all.
