Led by Troy Moore, whose classes emphasize mobility, breath, and mindful movement, this clothing-optional experience creates a supportive, judgment-free space where men can move freely, embrace body acceptance, and fully let go. The session closes with an immersive sound bath to ground the body and quiet the mind, leaving you restored from the inside out.
