The event begins at 6:30 PM with a grounding, all-levels Lunar Yoga Flow led by Jessica Hope, focusing on breathwork and mindful alignment. At 7:30 PM, settle into stillness for a Full Moon Sound Bath guided by Adagio Sound Healing (Bernard and David). Using crystal bowls, gongs, chimes, and other instruments, this immersive sound experience will help clear energy, calm the nervous system, and restore balance to body, mind, and spirit. The combination of yoga and sound offers a deeply renewing reset under the moonlit sky.
