We'll gather at Bay View Park (South Shore) for an all-levels yoga practice with MKE Yoga Social followed by a deeply restorative joint sound bath experience from Adagio Sound Healing and Mosaic Healing & Wellness overlooking Lake Michigan. Whether you're looking to release stress, reconnect with yourself or simply enjoy a beautiful summer evening outdoors, this is an opportunity to slow down, breathe and soak in the energy of the season.
